The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide additional support to pupils who may need help accessing the curriculum, developing their confidence, or overcoming barriers to learning. The role will involve a combination of 1:1 support and small group activities, helping children to develop academically, socially, and emotionally. You will play an important role in creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel valued, supported, and able to succeed.
