The college has an inclusive, community-driven ethos, offering bespoke learning programmes for students with autism, ADHD, and moderate learning difficulties. In this role, you will be: • Supporting learners in functional skills, life skills and vocational subjects. • Encouraging independence through travel training, workplace taster sessions and community projects. • Helping students develop resilience, communication and problem-solving skills. • Working collaboratively with tutors, therapists and external partners.
