Job Title: Intervention Teacher
Intervention Teacher (Autism & Communication Specialist)
Mainstream Primary School with ARP – Hillingdon
Location: Hillingdon (close to Uxbridge or West Drayton stations – Elizabeth line/Metropolitan line)
Role: Part-time/afternoon hours, 12.00pm-4.00pm, Year 6 intervention/boosters (reading, writing, maths, SATs prep)
Start: January 2026
Pay: Dependent on experience
We are seeking an experienced primary teacher with strong expertise in autism, social communication, and speech & language needs to join our friendly mainstream primary school with a well-established Autism Resource Provision in Hillingdon.
You will need:
Proven experience supporting children with autism (mainstream or specialist setting)
Knowledge of PECS, Colourful Semantics, Attention Autism, SCERTS, Intensive Interaction or similar
Confidence delivering targeted Year 6 interventions/SATs boosters
QTS essential
