Location: Wallington, SM6 Hours: 8:45am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday

Supporting pupils across the school to achieve their full potential
Leading learning activities and interventions
Working closely with teaching staff and senior leaders
Providing guidance and support to other support staff where required
Helping to create an inclusive, engaging and positive learning environment
The ideal candidate will have
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, HLTA or in a senior support role
A passion for supporting children and young people
Strong communication and organisational skills
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
A proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach
