This role is ideal for professionals passionate about removing barriers to learning and promoting meaningful participation, independence and social inclusion. You will play a key role in supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs, working collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCOs to deliver tailored support in line with EHCPs and the SEND Code of Practice. About the Role As an HLTA, you will support learners by adapting teaching approaches, encouraging independence and helping to create an inclusive environment where all pupils can succeed. You will take a strengths-based approach, enabling pupils to engage confidently in both academic and social aspects of school life.
