Salary: ‘Expert Teacher’, plus outer London Allowance, 2 SEN and TLR 1 allowances.

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Department to work within a thriving, friendly, special school with places for 86 pupils with complex needs. Pupils are aged 2-19 with, severe and profound learning difficulties, many have additional medical, sensory and physical needs, or behavioural challenges. Expert , well trained staff work in strong teams to ensure learning is personalised to meet pupil need.

Have good problem solving skills and be able to work flexibly.
Have a commitment to individual pupil progress.
