This role provides an excellent introduction to the education sector and offers hands-on experience supporting children across the primary age range, including pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Role Overview As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers and wider school staff to support pupils in reaching their academic, social, and emotional goals. You will play an important role in helping create a positive and engaging learning environment. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour What You'll Be Doing • Supporting learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes • Providing one-to-one support and small group interventions • Assisting pupils with SEND to access classroom activities and learning opportunities • Encouraging confidence, independence, and engagement in lessons • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing • Working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents • Helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment Who This Role Would Suit We are keen to hear from graduates who are looking to build experience within an educational setting and develop skills that will support future career ambitions.
