About the Role You will be working full-time (Monday-Friday, 9am-4:30pm) as a Learning Support Assistant, supporting students aged 16+ with a range of additional learning needs. Support may take place in classrooms, workshops, vocational environments or specialist learning spaces. Your role will include: • Supporting students to access lessons and learning activities • Working 1:1 or with small groups • Encouraging independence, confidence and engagement • Supporting communication, behaviour and emotional regulation • Assisting with daily routines and personal development • Working closely with lecturers, SEN staff and support teams This is a hands-on, rewarding role that offers excellent insight into post-16 education and SEN support.
