Job Title: FULL-TIME TEACHING ASSISTANTS – SOUTHALL
Start Monday 7th September | Full-time | Primary & Secondary I’m currently recruiting Teaching Assistants for a specialist setting in Southall supporting autistic young people across both Primary and Secondary departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is patient, resilient, proactive and genuinely passionate about supporting young people with additional needs. You’ll be supporting students with severe learning difficulties, helping them to access learning, develop their independence and engage positively throughout the school day. Please note: Students may display behaviours of concern, so candidates must be comfortable working in a setting where challenging behaviour can occur and be able to remain calm, patient and supportive. The role: • Full-time, Monday to Friday • Immediate start – Monday 7th September • Based in Southall • Supporting autistic young people across Primary and Secondary • Classroom, 1:1 and small-group support • Supporting learning, communication, behaviour and independence What they’re looking for: • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable • Experience supporting autism and/or severe learning difficulties would be advantageous • A patient, positive and resilient approach • Someone confident supporting students who may display behaviours of concern • Reliable and committed to a full-time role Interested?
