EYFS Teacher Job – Leatherhead – Infant School – September 2026 – £150–£180 PAYE
We are currently recruiting for an EYFS Teacher job in Leatherhead to join a small, welcoming infant primary academy from September 2026.
This is a full-time EYFS teaching role (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm), ideal for both an experienced Early Years teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to begin or develop their career in a supportive, nurturing school environment.
EYFS Teacher Role:
Full-time EYFS Teacher position in Leatherhead
Full classroom responsibility within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting
Planning and delivering engaging, child-led learning experiences
Supporting children’s early development, communication and social skills
Encouraging creativity, independence and curiosity through play
Utilising a stimulating outdoor learning environment
Creating a positive, inclusive and safe classroom environment
EYFS Teacher Requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent – essential
Open to both experienced teachers and ECTs
For experienced teachers: previous experience in a UK EYFS or primary school setting
For ECTs: completed placements within a UK early years or primary environment
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Passion for early years education and child development
