Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Early Years Specialist Teaching Assistant – Full-Time

We are seeking a compassionate, patient and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team and help give our youngest learners the very best start to their education.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for early childhood development, a calm and nurturing approach, and a deep understanding of how to support children aged 3–5 through play-based learning, routines, and emotional development.
About the Role:
As our Early Years TA, you’ll work closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team to:
Support pupils’ learning and development through structured and child-led activities
Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with additional needs
Assist with personal care and daily routines where required
Model language, communication, and positive behaviour consistently
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
? Has experience working in an Early Years or Nursery setting
? Understands child development and EYFS curriculum goals
? Can build warm, respectful relationships with children and parents
? Is proactive, flexible and able to respond to changing needs throughout the day
? Is confident in managing behaviour and supporting emotional regulation
Bonus If You Have:
?? A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare, EYFS or TA support
?? Experience supporting children with SEN
?? Knowledge of sensory and communication needs
