Job Title: Early Years Practioner
Job Opportunity: Early Years Practitioner (Permanent, Full-Time)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Days: 7.5-hour days including a 1-hour break
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum

We’re a well-established early year setting providing high-quality full-day care and education for children aged 2–5 years. Our team is committed to fostering a safe, stimulating, and welcoming space where children can thrive, explore, and reach their developmental milestones.
What you’ll be doing:
• Delivering engaging early years activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Supporting children’s learning through play, creativity, outdoor activities, and exploration.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and your colleagues.
• Helping to plan and reflect on daily routines, learning experiences, and individual development.
• Promoting children’s social, emotional, and physical development in a safe, inclusive atmosphere.
What we’re looking for:
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and care.
• A recognised early years qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 in Childcare or equivalent).
• Understanding of and commitment to the EYFS framework.
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a nurturing approach.
