What you’ll be doing: • Delivering engaging early years activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. • Supporting children’s learning through play, creativity, outdoor activities, and exploration. • Building positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and your colleagues. • Helping to plan and reflect on daily routines, learning experiences, and individual development. • Promoting children’s social, emotional, and physical development in a safe, inclusive atmosphere. What we’re looking for: • A genuine passion for early childhood education and care. • A recognised early years qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 in Childcare or equivalent). • Understanding of and commitment to the EYFS framework. • Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work well as part of a team. • Excellent communication skills and a nurturing approach.
