Position: Early Years Educator (CACHE Level?3) Location: Richmond, London Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-15:30 (Full-time) Salary: Paid to Scale About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our vibrant Richmond nursery. You will deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, fostering a safe, stimulating environment where children aged 0-5 thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. Key Responsibilities • Plan, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate learning activities in line with EYFS standards. • Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress, sharing insights with families and senior staff. • Promote positive behaviour management and inclusive practice. • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene throughout the setting. • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care. • Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuous professional development. Essential Requirements • CACHE Level?3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent). • Minimum 12 months experience in a qualified early years setting. • Strong understanding of EYFS statutory framework. • Excellent communication skills and a nurturing, child-centred approach. • DBS clearance (or ability to obtain).
