Job Title: DSL Admin Assistant Location: West Drayton Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm Contract: Long-term agency role Start Date: Immediate We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive DSL Admin Assistant to join a busy school environment in West Drayton. This is a long-term agency position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities: • Providing administrative support to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) • Managing and updating safeguarding records accurately and confidentially • Using school systems to maintain pupil and safeguarding information • Supporting day-to-day office administration as required The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Previous experience using Arbor • Previous experience using CPOMS • Strong general office and administrative skills • Ability to work independently and proactively • A fast-learning, adaptable, and resilient approach • Excellent organisation and timekeeping skills • A reliable and punctual work ethic • Confidence working in a busy and demanding environment • Availability to start immediately This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable and committed administrator looking for a stable, long-term role within education.
