This vital role involves overseeing classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their learning objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage classroom activities, maintaining a positive learning environment. • Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and adapt as necessary to meet the needs of students. • Support student behaviour management and promote a respectful atmosphere. • Provide assistance to students in their learning and development, fostering an inclusive classroom. • Maintain accurate records of attendance and any relevant incidents. • Collaborate with teaching staff to communicate student progress and any concerns.
