Are you a passionate and qualified Nursery Assistant with a CACHE Level 3 qualification? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join a warm and nurturing nursery setting in the heart of N17.
About the Role:
As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily care and learning of children aged 0–5 years. You will be working alongside a friendly and experienced team to provide a stimulating and safe environment that promotes each child’s development.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
Support children's learning through play and planned activities
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Assist with daily routines including feeding, nappy changing, and hygiene
Monitor and record children’s progress, helping to plan next steps
Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive environment
Requirements:
CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
A clear enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain one)
Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passionate about early years education and child development
