Are you eager to make a meaningful impact in education? Axcis Education is partnering with a specialist school in Bath to find a compassionate and dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team.
About the Role:
You’ll be working with students aged 5–16 who have SEMH. These pupils may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, attachment disorders, ADHD, or difficulties with emotional regulation and behaviour. You’ll be offering tailored 1:1 support to help pupils access learning, build trusting relationships, and feel safe in their school environment. Some pupils may be withdrawn or isolated; others may display challenging behaviour. What they all need is patient, calm, and committed to helping them reach their potential.
We’re seeking individuals who:
• Someone who is resilient, empathetic, and genuinely wants to support vulnerable children.
• A good listener who can remain calm in challenging situations.
• Someone who sees the value in helping young people build confidence and trust.
