About the Role: You’ll be working with students aged 5–16 who have SEMH. These pupils may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, attachment disorders, ADHD, or difficulties with emotional regulation and behaviour. You’ll be offering tailored 1:1 support to help pupils access learning, build trusting relationships, and feel safe in their school environment. Some pupils may be withdrawn or isolated; others may display challenging behaviour. What they all need is patient, calm, and committed to helping them reach their potential.
