About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate ADHD Teacher to join our team in Hampton, London. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), helping them thrive in a structured, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
The successful candidate will be committed to delivering tailored educational support and fostering both academic achievement and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students with ADHD
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support focus and participation
• Monitor, assess, and track student progress, providing regular and constructive feedback
• Work collaboratively with parents, therapists, and support staff to meet students’ holistic needs
• Apply effective behaviour management strategies to support self-regulation and positive outcomes
• Stay up to date with best practices and research related to ADHD and inclusive education
Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with students with ADHD or related needs
• Strong understanding of behaviour management and adaptive teaching strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
