The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering specialized educational support to students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and associated conditions, enabling them to achieve their fullest potential in a structured and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Create and deliver individualized lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student with ADHD. • Implement teaching strategies that promote engagement, concentration and effective learning. • Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet their evolving needs. • Foster a classroom atmosphere that is supportive, encouraging and conducive to learning. • Manage classroom behaviour with positive reinforcement and clear, consistent expectations. • Collaborate with other professionals, such as educational psychologists and occupational therapists, to support student development. • Engage with parents or guardians to discuss student achievements and strategies for reinforcement at home. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in teaching students with ADHD.
