Our client are looking for youth workers to support SEMH pupils. The school caters for pupils who are at risk of permanent exclusion from their mainstream secondary school.Strong behaviour management skills are essential. The role will be supporting the pupils through a structured day and ensuring they are kept engaged/ well supported whilst they are within the school. The aim is for the pupils behaviour/results to improve so that they can return to their mainstream school. The position is full time ( Monday-Friday) term time only.
