Job Title: TEAM TEACH Trained Teaching Assistant - Rochdale
Team Teach Trained Teaching Assistant, Rochdale Axcis Education are working with a secondary school based in Rochdale who are seeking to appoint a team teach trained teaching assistant for children with challenging behaviour. Your role will be primarily to support those who help need help concentrating and getting back on track on a 1:1 basis so they can integrate back into the classroom. The school itself has extremely prestigious facilities equip for sports and arts and crafts, they like to consider themselves as a creative and inclusive school. They are looking for someone friendly and calm who can fit right into their team. You will be required to adapt as and when needed in case you need to cover other classrooms that need additional support, so experience in other areas of SEND are beneficial. Requirements: -Team Teach qualification -DBS on the update service or be willing to process a new one -Experience working with challenging behaviour There is an onsite carpark for those who drive and excellent public transport links for those who don't.
