I have an SEND College in Acton Town looking for 5 full time SEND TAs to join them in February 2020 They provide an education to post 16 students with Autism and other needs. They are looking for full time (Mon to Fri), long term, SEND teaching assistants who will eventually become permanent staff members. They can offer career progression so if you are looking for an opportunity to grow within the SEND profession then this is the role for you. They are looking for the following : - Candidates who can work Monday to Friday , long term and ideally looking to secure a permanent role with the school. - Candidates who can work from 8.30am to 4.45pm everyday. - Candidates who have experience supporting students on the autistic spectrum as well as those with complex needs. - Candidates who are will to provide personal care when needs be. - Training will be provided by the school. When you become a permanent staff member the salary will range from £14,000 t £18,000 depending on your role. This is the starting salary and based on performance so can increase. To start off with through the agency, your daily pay rate will range from £65 to £85 per day. This role starts in September 2018 and will be for the academic year.
