You will be working in small groups providing general in class support. You will need to be able to establish a good working relationship with the children very quickly. A lot of the students are at risk of exclusion and presents with very challenging behaviour so resilience is a must. The role is full time (8.30am to 3.30pm) and will run from the beginning of the autumn term through until the end of the summer term 2020. The right candidate will be an inventive and positive Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant who has a proactive attitude and will be calm and unfazed by difficult situations.
