The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help create engaging learning experiences and ensure that all pupils can access the curriculum and thrive. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups • Assisting children with additional learning and SEND needs • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning • Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development • Working alongside teachers to deliver inclusive and stimulating lessons • Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback where appropriate • Helping to create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive individual who is passionate about supporting children.
