The school has a well-established SEND provision, with a strong SENCO and experienced staff team who work collaboratively to create a structured and supportive environment. Classrooms are calm, well-resourced and built around consistency, allowing pupils to feel secure and engaged in their learning. Located within close proximity to Underground and bus routes, the school is easily accessible from across East London. About the Role You will be working closely with pupils who require additional support with communication, sensory regulation and engagement in learning. This role requires someone who is patient, observant and able to adapt their approach throughout the day.
