We are hiring a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join an all through SEMH school in Salisbury supporting students with behaviour social emotional needs and academic development. This Teaching Assistant role involves working closely with teachers pastoral teams and support staff to provide consistent classroom and intervention support. The Teaching Assistant will work one to one and in small groups helping students manage behaviour develop emotional regulation and build positive relationships. You will also support academic progress across a range of subjects ensuring pupils remain engaged motivated and confident in their learning. The ideal Teaching Assistant will be patient resilient and passionate about supporting young people with SEMH needs. Experience in behaviour support youth work pastoral care or education is desirable but not essential making this Teaching Assistant opportunity suitable for graduates support workers or those looking to build a career in education.
