About the Role Full-time SEND Teaching Assistant role starting February Working within a specialist SEND provision attached to a mainstream primary school Supporting pupils in small groups and 1:1, with a focus on consistency and emotional regulation Assisting pupils with ASC, SEMH and communication needs to access learning Supporting personalised learning plans, structured routines and transitions Working closely with an experienced SEND teacher and supportive wider school staff Helping to create a calm, safe and positive learning environment This provision places a strong emphasis on stability, trust and positive relationships.
