This full-time, long-term role involves providing 1:1 support to a Year 1 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The pupil is articulate and bright, with a great sense of humour, but can show challenging behaviour when overwhelmed. He follows a personalised timetable and benefits from sensory strategies to help manage his emotions and energy.
