I am currently working with a lovely secondary school in Brent who are looking for a strong learning support assistant OR learning mentor on a full-time basis, to work with a student with challenging behaviour on a 1:1 basis This will be a full-time position, Monday to Friday at 8am - 4pm, timekeeping is a MUST with this position. This position will be very suited towards an LSA that can be a positive role model to the student and who is able to build relationships. The school require you to have experience supporting students with challenging behaviour; the role could even suit a youth worker! I am currently looking for; - 1:1 teaching assistant -SEMH, challenging behaviour - This is for a secondary school in Brent. - Able to work full-time, from 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday - Enthusiastic, energetic but calm/gentle and able to use own initiative with the role If you have the following, please get in touch! Enthusiastic Able to use own initiative 100% attendance Great interest in making a difference Able to be a great role model for the students. Passion for supporting children with challenging behaviour. Experience supporting students with severe challenging behaviour. Able to provide a fun and interactive environment for the students. Able to fully commit in the first instance Have a real passion for supporting SEND students; see it more than just a job. Career aspirations.
