Job Title: Teaching Assistant in Hungerford Special School

A SEND school located in Hungerford, just on the outskirts of Newbury, requires dedicated full-time staff to collaborate with primary and secondary school students with autism, challenging behaviour and some personal care requirements, aiding them in their educational endeavours, overseeing sensory activities and fostering their overall development. The working hours for this role are from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with hourly pay starting from £14.38. The ideal candidate for this position will possess some prior experience in managing challenging behaviour, whether in a professional, voluntary or personal capacity. Moreover, they should be at ease with providing personal care, including nappy changing for children who require such assistance.
