Are you looking for an exciting new role working with young people in Chorley, Lancashire?
An innovative school located in the vibrant borough of Chorley is looking for an experienced TA/LSA to join their dynamic team. The school has a supportive team and engaging curriculum, and is in a beautiful countryside location with excellent facilities.
The position is general in-class support but you may be expected to work one to one, in small groups or providing general support in other classes across the school as required.
There is excellent potential for progression in this school, with many staff being taken onto permanent contracts after a short period of supply work.
This role will involve supporting pupils from the ages of 5 - 14 so experience supporting children in both key stages will be beneficial. You will be required to contribute to the growing of the academic side, organising developing the students' confidence in their own abilities.
The role will be based in the classroom supporting the teacher and three permanent TAs with general cover. Building positive relationships with all staff, pupils and parents will be pivotal to this position.

Please note: The details of this job are correct as of the start of the school closures. We are therefore continuing to accept applications but please bear with us as there may be a delay on the listed start date due to the fact that the situation is continually evolving.
