Axcis Education are looking for an experienced teaching assistant with a strong back ground in challenging behaviour. This role for a teaching assistant involves working 1:1 with a boy who presents challenging behaviour. The school are looking for a teaching assistant who has previous experience in a similar role.
" Supporting a year 4 pupil who has been out of school for 18 months
" Experience in a similar role
" You will be working with the pupil in the mornings and the afternoons will be spent within the provision
" Trained in de-escalation techniques e.g MAPA/ Team Teach
" A patient, resilient individual who is committed to making a difference
" A team player and have the ability to engage with a child and make learning fun
" Able to engage young people who have been absent from school
