Job Title: Teaching Assistant - ASC and ADHD - Warrington
JOB WORKING HOURS:
I am currently recruiting for a SEND teaching assistant to work in a well-resourced special school in Warrington. The school are wishing to appoint an experienced teaching assistant to work on a one to one basis with a Y3 pupil with autism, although some small group intervention work may also be required.
This diverse and vibrant school caters to children from the age of 7-11 years old with varying SEND including ASC, global delay and ADHD. Experience of working with children on the ASC pathway will be an advantage to your application.
You will be expected to work closely with the class teacher and another TA who is permanently based in the class while also supporting their emotional and social development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must and flexibility in the role will be expected.The role is due to start immediately and will be for 6 months with the possibility to be extended for the right candidate.
