Teaching Assistant – SEN | Primary & Secondary Location: L32 Start Date: April 2026 Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Options Available) Support. Inspire. Empower. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to support pupils across both primary and secondary phases, working with children and young people with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, and SLD. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to promote confidence, independence, and engagement • Support learning across core subjects, life skills, and creative activities • Assist with emotional regulation, sensory needs, and personal care where required • Help maintain a safe, calm, and nurturing classroom environment • Build positive, trusting relationships and celebrate every achievement — big or small • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver consistent, pupil-centred support • The school is conveniently located in L32 with excellent public transport links.
