Teacher required for an international school in Shanghai, China | London - Central | SEN Teacher Jobs

DETAILS: Axcis are currently recruiting for a full-time KS4 SEND teacher to teach a male student with Autism, within a British International School in China, Shanghai..

The role itself will involve tutoring a male student with Autism currently at KS4 who requires full-time tuition in Maths, English and other core subjects.

This role will be based within a British international school and they will support with visa applications, flights and accommodation.

This school uses the same national curriculum as the UK and will provide resources and support where needed.

This position will be on a 1 year permanent contract and will commence from February 2019

The student is very friendly and talkative but has social difficulties, to which the tutor will need to be patient but firm.

The student has been home-schooled for the past 3 years to which the school and parents now require a teacher to bring his grades up to speed.

Please bare in mind the age stipulation for a working visa in China:

The age for the working visa in China is under 55 years old for female and under 60 years old for male.
