Axcis Education is currently looking for a teaching assistant with SEMH experience to work in an excellent special school in Slough.
The successful candidate will provide classroom support to children aged between 4-11 years old.
This role will start immediately and will be on a 4 day a week basis between the hours of 8.30-16.00 Monday to Friday term time only.
For the right candidate this position could be available for the duration of the academic year 2020. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teaching assistant that wants to gain experience at an excellent school with fantastic facilities.
The School is a special school for children and young people with a primary diagnosis of autism and SEMH.
The school currently caters for a maximum of 38 pupils between the ages of 4 and 11 years. The aim of the school is to empower pupils with self-confidence, developing their ability to respect others and themselves.
This empowerment will help pupils learn to manage their emotional and behaviour difficulties in a range of settings and situations.

o The school follows the National Curriculum, differentiated for individual pupils where necessary.
o Curriculum days to enrich the pupils' learning - these include music days.
