The school is seeking caring, dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their team and provide high-quality support to help pupils access learning, develop communication skills and achieve greater independence. The ideal candidate will: • Have previous experience working with children within the UK, either in schools or in another transferable role such as nurseries, childcare, youth work, residential care, support work or similar. • Be calm, patient and resilient when supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. • Be confident working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and other professionals. • Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families. • Be passionate about helping children and young people with complex SEND reach their full potential.
