The school promotes a restorative approach to behaviour and has been praised by Ofsted for its inclusive culture. In this role, you will be: • Supporting a student in KS4 with emotional regulation and classroom engagement. • Implementing tailored strategies to manage behaviour and promote positive learning. • Liaising closely with teachers, the SENCO and pastoral team. • Encouraging social and emotional development through consistent, positive reinforcement.
