About the Role: As an SEN Support Assistant, you will be working predominantly on a 1:1 basis, supporting pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Your role will involve helping these pupils to access the curriculum, develop social and communication skills, and build confidence in a structured, supportive environment. While classroom experience is desirable, it is not essential – we welcome applications from individuals with relevant experience in other settings, such as youth work, care, residential support, or therapeutic environments. This is a full-time position starting in September, and could suit someone looking to further their career in education or transition into a school-based role from a care or support background.
