Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant

We are hiring dedicated Teaching Assistants in and around North and East London, with both full-time and part-time roles available. Requirements: • Previous experience working with students diagnosed with ADHD • Understanding of ADHD and its impact on learning • Ability to provide individualised support • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant at Axcis, you will support children or young adults with ADHD in a 1:1 or group setting. Your key responsibilities will include: • Assisting students in understanding and completing classroom tasks to their highest ability • Implementing strategies to support organisation, focus, and determination, helping students achieve optimum results in the classroom • Collaborating with teachers and other staff to create inclusive learning environments • Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues If you are dedicated to making a positive impact and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
