Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant

We're in search of an enthusiastic Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to become an integral part of our vibrant team at both our primary and secondary special needs school. Responsibilities: Offer tailored support to students with special educational needs within the classroom environment. Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning. Collaborate closely with educators to execute personalized education plans (IEPs) and adjust teaching techniques to suit the varied requirements of students. Aid in classroom management and the implementation of behavior support strategies. Engage with students on an individual basis or in small groups to provide targeted assistance. Requirements: Prior experience in a Special Education Needs environment is essential. Possess a positive and proactive demeanor with a solution-oriented mindset. Demonstrated reliability and a steadfast commitment to consistently supporting students. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster meaningful connections. Adaptability to accommodate the ever-changing dynamics of the classroom. Working Hours: This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday. Hours are from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a finish time of 3:30 pm on Fridays.
