We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Worcester. The school supports students aged 8 to 19, providing a nurturing environment and a tailored learning experience. Key Responsibilities: • Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with a variety of SEND needs. • Deliver personalised support to help students access a tailored curriculum. • Assist with all-round needs including personal care, sensory activities, and alternative communication methods. • Collaborate with teaching staff and work independently to ensure students’ learning and emotional needs are met. What We’re Looking For: • Experience working one-to-one with pupils with complex needs (Essential) • Background supporting students with complex ASD, non-verbal/pre-verbal communication, challenging behaviours, sensory and emotional needs • Strong written and spoken English skills. • A nurturing and empathetic approach, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with children.
