Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant – Speech & Language Support
Location: Manchester
Salary: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Temporary / Full-time
Do you have experience or a degree in Speech and Language and want to make an impact supporting pupils with communication needs? We are recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to work with children across primary and secondary schools.
What You’ll Do:
• Deliver speech and language support interventions for pupils
• Assist with SEMH programmes and behaviour management
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
• Support individualised learning plans and communication goals
What We’re Looking For:
• Speech and Language degree, qualification, or relevant experience
• Experience supporting pupils with communication difficulties
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
