Position Type: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm)
Pay: From £89 per day

We are currently recruiting for a caring and committed Primary SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Wednesbury with an immediate start available.
The Role:
• Provide dedicated 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
• Adapt classroom activities to meet individual learning needs
• Support the implementation of EHCPs and Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
• Help promote pupils’ independence, confidence, and social skills
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Experience working within a primary school setting
• Previous experience supporting children with SEND
• A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
