Axcis are supporting a number of alternative education provisions and specialist schools across Exeter to recruit passionate and committed Teachers / Tutors to work in various roles. The roles in question range from working in PMLD schools, PRU's and organisations that specialise within ASD / ADHD / SpLD / SEMH and Challenging Behaviour across primary, secondary and FE. Roles could be on a 1-1 basis or teaching a group. These roles offer a great degree of flexibility as some are for short periods of time and some are for long term cover. Axcis can meet your requirement though finding you day to day work in a number of different settings to finding you a long term position in the same school. We have immediate starts as well as requirements starting throughout the year. We offer competitive daily rates of pay inline with your experience It is essential that candidates have previous experience working with SEND pupils, ideally within specialist SEND schools or PRU's. Working in this specialist sector also requires a great deal of compassion and a child centres approach. In addition, you will also hold a relevant teaching qualification.
