The ideal candidate will have: • Proven experience as a SEND Teacher with a track record of facilitating academic and personal growth in students. • A valid teaching qualification recognized in the UK. • In-depth understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and safeguarding procedures. • Excellent communication and empathetic interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
