Job Title: SEND Teacher - URGENT
Full-Time SEN Teachers Required – Chelmsford Area Axcis Education is working on behalf of a special needs school in the Chelmsford area to recruit four full-time SEN teachers to start the week commencing Monday 2nd June. This is a Monday to Friday role, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, within a well-resourced and supportive special school environment catering to pupils aged 4 to 19 years. About the Role: Teach and support small classes of up to 12–13 pupils Work with students with a range of complex needs, including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) Other complex learning difficulties Contribute to a nurturing, inclusive, and flexible learning environment Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of teaching assistants and support staff The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN A flexible, patient, and empathetic approach Strong behaviour management and communication skills A commitment to supporting each pupil’s individual learning journey This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs.
