Job Title: Teaching Assistants – SEND / SEMH Support
Location: M22, Manchester
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Until July
Hours: Full-time (5 days per week)
We are working with a primary school in M22 seeking highly experienced Teaching Assistants to support pupils with complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Roles Available:
• 3 x SEND Teaching Assistants – supporting pupils from Reception to Year 5. Classes will group pupils by need rather than age.
• 1 x Teaching Assistant – supporting a Year 4 pupil with SEMH and high emotional needs.
• 1 x Teaching Assistant – supporting a Year 3 class.
Requirements:
• Significant experience supporting pupils with complex SEND
• Strong communication skills and good spoken English
• Calm, resilient, and confident managing challenging behaviour
• Willingness to attend meetings and fully integrate into the school team
• Commitment through to July
