Axcis Education is looking for SEND TAs to work in a large SEND (special needs) school in Warrington. The school caters for pupils aged 4-18 years old with SEND needs such as ASC - Autistic Spectrum Condition; MLD - Moderate Learning Difficulties; SLD - Severe Learning Difficulties. The school provides a curriculum that is accessible for all of its pupils. Rated 'Good' by Ofsted, the school is popular with our staff and many really enjoy their time there. The school are looking for teaching assistants to start on a full time basis once the nationwide lockdown is over. We're looking for patient, kind and empathetic teaching assistants. We're looking for people who are experienced working with people with learning difficulties or with children and who can confidently interact with them and build trust and rapport. Teaching assistants will need to have a Team Teach qualification in order to be considered for this role. This is a temporary position unless otherwise stated.

Please note: The details of this job are correct as of the start of the school closures. We anticipate that there will still be a need to fill this vacancy either on the expected timescale (as many of the schools we work with will remain open to support SEND/Keyworker children) or when schools re-open.
