Job Title: SEND TA needed for primary school in Thornton Heath - starts ASAP
London - SE
A mainstream primary school located in Thornton Heath are looking for a full time teaching assistant to support some of their children with a variety of special needs; including ASD and ADHD. You will be providing one to one and group work support, as well as working alongside the class teacher. Experience of ADHD and challenging behaviour would be helpful. Working hours are 8.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Pay ranges from £70 to £85 per day, depending on experience. Trial days are taking place tomorrow. Please note: The details of this job are correct as of the start of the school closures. We anticipate that there will still be a need to fill this vacancy either on the expected timescale (as many of the schools we work with will remain open to support SEND/Keyworker children) or when schools re-open.
